Located on the penthouse level of Hotel Unique, Skye Restaurant & Bar has a fresh style with views of Ibirapuera Park and the skyline of Avenida Paulista. Designed by architect Joao Armentano, the eclectic bar is named after the band Morcheeba's lead singer, Skye Edwards. The bar is open to the public so if you want to get an early start you can head to the restaurant and enjoy the creative menu that offers Brazilian cuisine with a modern flair. Once diners start to become the minority in the lounge, things kick into a higher gear. A DJ plays great background music and the party extends all the way out onto the pool deck.
