Pale wooden decking, soft and roomy communal couches, flickering tea candles and cream tarpaulin stretched overhead combine to make la Terrazza Rosa, the decadent open-air terrace at the St. George Hotel, one of Rome's most majestic gathering places. la "Terrazza Rosa", the first roof terrace in Europe to be dedicated exclusively to rosa wines, offers delicious crustaceans accompanied by a selection of sophisticated rosa wines and champagnes. Such decadence can only be served in the elegant surroundings in the historical heart of Rome, affording views of ancient domes and rooftops. La Terrazza Rosa opens on July 21 for the summer season from 7PM to midnight, Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday).
