Add the Guiness and stir

dash of Cognac
dash of sugar
3 drops of Angostura bitters
1 slice of lemon | Â | Combine Cognac, bitters and sugar
in a Champagne Saucer.
Fill with Champagne and serve.

1/2 part Cognac
1/2 part white Curacao
1 sprig of mint
1 slice of orange | Â | Combine Cognac and white curacao
into a chilled wine glass.
Add an ice cube.
Fill with Champagne.

2 parts Bitter Lemon | Â | Combine peach schnapps and bitter.

3/4 part Mandarine Napoleon
1 part orange juice | Â | Mix the Mandarine Napoleon, orange
juice and ice and strain into a champagne

1 litre Gold Rum
1 litre Light Rum
750 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 cup Cranberry juice
2 Oranges - sliced
1 Quart of Orange juice | Â | Combine rums and juices in a punch bowl.
Add Sweet Vermouth and the sliced fruit.
Add Champagne and ice and stir well. Makes 30 x 6oz cups | | Â | | Â | Red Kiss

1 part Dark Rum
1 parts Cherry Brandy
1 part pineapple juice
1 part ice cubes | Â | Pour rum, brandy and pineapple juice
into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously, strain into cocktail glass.
