Fill with soda water.

1 twist of lemon peel | Â | Half fill shaker with ice.
Combine sugar, water, lemon and brandy.
Shake thoroughly.

Soda water

Disolve sugar in the water & add to brandy.
Fill with soda water and stir.
Float port on top.
